Integumentary System The Integumentary system consists of the skin and its accesory structures and the subcutaneous tissue. Langerhans Cells- phagocytize extraneous fabric and stimulate an immune response by lymphocytes. 4. Melanocytes- in the pooh-pooh epidermis, produce melanin.
