My Technology Recommendation Paper
In February 2010, course operations was looking into upgrading technologically through the purchase of mod pecuniary transcription that will manage, integrate and modernize HUDs financial management arrangements. This upstart financial system would enhance the brass instruments skill to meet the programs needs and contractual requirements faster and accurately. The financial system that the organization streamly has gets the job done but at a slower pace. Much of the software is over 15 years old and the system cannot identify the new financial codes.
The current system needs to be updated to take on more complex data. The employees within the organization feel that these technological changes are necessary and vital to our customers, in outrank to keep the organization from getting behind in competition and in the preparation of the many contractual point that come into the office. Others feel that it is an unnecessary expense and like the current system. Since, February 2010 management has not continued the research on this new financial system, as of today March 2010 Program Operations is currently using the old system.
This paper will get out how a new technology system should be implement and/or introduced if my recommendations were implemented.
