One of the most challenging but recognise careers is a teacher. Besides challenging and rewarding, a teacher is bingle of the most important professions. A teacher is the unmatchable commandment children to become other professions. A teacher creates the foundation for learners in which they build their lives forever. There are many reasons why one would choose to become a teacher, but I chose didactics as a career because I love children and fatality to make a difference in each students life.
A teacher benefits from foreign and intrinsic rewards. An extrinsic reward is a physical award that can be seen, where an intrinsic reward is the liveliness felt when accomplishing something. Extrinsic rewards for a teacher are job security, convenient schedules, steady pay, and holiday time. Intrinsic rewards for a teacher are the emotional rewards; working(a) with children and knowing you are contributing to society by moldable future generations, enjoy working with young children, and a feeling of achievement in students accomplishments.
