Philosophy of Education

My name is Jordan Ramsberger and I am a current student at Kutztown University. My study is Elementary Education- grades 4-8. I have been working with children for a actually long time. When I was in high school I babysat all four years about 3 quantify a week. I also took some child developing classes that unfeignedly helped build my knowledge about children. I really loved babysitting and taking those classes, and it was then that I know I wanted to be a teacher. I am looking forward to building my knowledge of education and children and organism the best teacher that I can be.
There atomic number 18 many different distinguishers that I ordain have to aline to in my classroom. There are visual learners, auditory learners, and kinesthetic learners. One eruditeness style is the kinesthetic learning style. They learn best by doing hands-on activities. They need to touch, build, and develop models in order to learn something. Visual learners are people who hatch what they hear. They learn from charts and pictures, and they find reading very informative. They are the students who get out benefit the most from listening to a lecture. There will also be auditory learners in my classroom.



Auditory learners are people who remember what they hear better than what they see. They listen hale to lectures and instructions, as well as to music and telephone conversations. I will have to make adaptations for all of the different learners in my classroom and model my lesson plans around each of the different learning styles.
Students want to learn about things that are interesting and germane(predicate) to their lives and interests. Developing a curriculum around student interests fosters motivation among the students and stimulates the passion to learn.
