The Boy reconnoitres of Ameri undersurface is an organization that has been around for over 100 years and has construct a reputation for building outstanding adolescent workforce. It is in the Scout Law, which every scout must memorize, that a scout is trustworthy, loyal, jockstrapful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. It is through this Scout law that it is assumed that morally and ethically conscious young men are bred to do my commerce to God and my country and to obey the scout law; to help other people at all times; to commemorate myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight (Scout Oath). However, I can attest that my own personal dealings with Boy Scouts of American organization was one that proved to be a serious ethical dilemma of what it meant to be a part of my specific group and several Scout superiors in my area.
The ethical dilemma that seemed to plague my entire troop was that of victimize the Boy Scout system to make it appear that young men in my group had achieved certain requirements in tramp to receive their Eagle Scout deed overs. slice this may non seem like much, the Eagle Scout Award is a very prestigious award.
It is one that is supposed to require a lot of hard work, determination, and discipline. Rather than requiring that we, my troop, go through the square-toed process to earn the necessary elements to receive this particular delight in our scoutmaster would openly falsify documents and award merit badges that young men in my troop had not even achieved in the slightest. While one would assume that out of a troop of cardinal boys someones parent would attest to such doings it did not happen. Our scoutmaster would aim the fact that these young men could use their Eagle status to make an outstanding resume, to apply to jobs, and as the basis of college admission essays.
