Our client is seeking an Associate Project Manager - Land / Lease Administration Specialist in Stuart, FL.

SUMMARY:
* Administrative and technical induce cogitate to the countys property focal point activities of property, facility leases and property interests. Coordinates with county departments, other governmental and jurisdictional agencies, public/private utilities, vendors, property owners and the general public.
* Performs duties with stripped-down direction and supervision.



Must be able to independently damp and use information necessary for sound judgment and termination making. Supervision may be exercised over technical or clerical personnel on a limited basis.
