The Communication theme is except somewhat surprising to me. I see my communication skills as average. I do fairly well presenting to large groups of community that I know and my communication style is very influence and honest. When I first started out on my path of student leadership, I had no tact and was too blunt. I equivalent to think that I am learning which methods of communication are appropriate for certain situations.
I am not surprise at all that I have Includer. This is something that I face very strongly to the highest degree. I want everyone to feel equivalent they belong somewhere. This feeling was the main reason I started in leadership opportunities. I wanted other college students to feel akin they belonged somewhere. Although this theme is something I am very proud of, it basin be a curse too. When planning events, I go overboard on invitations and inclusivity. I have the mentality of “I need something for everyone”.
I am also not move by the Positivity theme.
I consider myself an extremely eudaimonia and positive person. This is something else that I am extremely proud of. I have noticed that my positivity is contagious. Some people beseech me “why?” and I respond “why not?” I love motivating people to feel good about themselves, and I’m always trying to find the sassy side of things.
I don’t think any of my themes point to the careers I’m considering, but I would uniform to find out more about these careers. If I ignore find a job that plays up my strengths and is something I enjoy, I won’t feel like I’m working at all. How awesome is that?
