Executive Summary
Les Truites difrane is a naked family trade that will produce and sell different species of trout. This business comes to make the consumption of trout common and affordable by exclusively the social classes and to integrate this precious kind of fresh body of water fish in our Moroccan tables. The achievement of trout comes also to satiate the high demand of this kind of fish from classified hotels and restaurants on the whole over the country.




Before integrating this business, we as a family we establish made all the necessary researches and investigations toward the domain of our harvestion. My father, which will be the leader of the federation and the person who got the idea, has now the necessary technical knowledge necessary for a performing production. In addition, the remain members of the family have now the basic knowledge required for managing the company and maintaining its sustainable growth.
The marketing researches that we made show that the existing trout in the market is very expensive and it is not affordable by everybody. So, and due to the new production technologies that we have, we will lower the production cost which will allow us to buy our product for a lower price. In addition, we found that trout products are interchange just in the region of Ifrane which lowers the number of potential clients.
